CHILDREN AND AGE ELIGIBILITY
Draft for release review · Kiwi Tree

Country and age
Little Shrine uses bundled product minimum ages. They are not a finding of legal capacity or universal legal clearance. Canada outside Québec, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States outside Texas use 13; Québec 14; Australia 15; Vietnam 16; Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan and Texas 18; Thailand 20; Myanmar and Puerto Rico 21. American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and US Virgin Islands use 18. Other locations are unavailable in this version.

What we ask
Confirm your home country. Canada and the United States have optional Québec/Texas questions with No initially selected. When needed, choose Under the local minimum or the minimum and above. We do not request a birthday or exact age. Leave age blank or tap your selected group again to clear it. Unknown age can permit device-local prayer and earned-coin use only when no protective information blocks it. Account setup and new purchases require a sufficient age range.

Google Play and remembered restrictions
Google Play may request age-range sharing or require verification or approval. Missing or later answers cannot erase known younger evidence or unresolved restrictions. A broad provider range may need a compatible declaration. Contradictory evidence requires review; there is no automatic age-up override or parental enrollment in this flow.

Local notice and account agreement
Guest onboarding records an informational notice, not agreement on behalf of a parent or account owner. Accounts require their own explicit Terms agreement. A checkbox does not prove contractual capacity, and Google Play purchase approval is not app-specific verified parental privacy consent. The Terms’ exceptions and non-waivable rights remain available.

For young readers and families
Prayer and figures are symbolic. They cannot promise luck or change real-world outcomes. You can stop whenever you want and ask a trusted adult for help. No purchase is necessary for local prayer. Do not share private gift links with strangers. We do not record the words of prayers. Country/age history remains on the device; connected services can still process identity, security and account activity as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Existing data and help
A blocked entry check preserves existing progress. Legal information, support, account recovery, restoration of existing purchases and deletion remain available without enabling new purchases. Contact dvdandroidapp@gmail.com about privacy or eligibility concerns. Do not send a child’s private messages, passwords or payment details. Authority will be checked proportionately for requests concerning another person.
